Yes and no. They often settle into relative place as the inflammation resolves. There are a few different types of SLAP (which stands for superior labral anterior-posterior) tears but the reason they dont heal is the biceps tendon tugs on them. Hence why cutting the proximal(upper) biceps...
Depends on how much pain you have. I am an orthopedic surgeon and personally have a slap tear that I chose not to get fixed because it bothers me with less than 5% of activities. Lifting weights, shooting a bow, etc are no problem, just cant throw a baseball or softball hard. Took about 3 months...
Having made many purchases over the years from the company, some I have really enjoyed, some not so much, I wanted to give them credit. Any time I have a question about a product, issue, return etc and I call not only do you get a real person to talk to, it is always someone who knows there...
Optically, no. I dont think there is much difference. Ergonomics and field of view absolutely. It is hard to appreciate without looking through both side by side. The EL is a great bino and I imagine you will be really happy either way over your nikons.
I have 8x32 and 10x42 NL. I would go with the 10x42. While I love the 8x32 for whitetail treestand hunting and timber elk, they don’t have the same “wow” factor longer distance glassing that the 10x42 have. Dont look through the NLs and the ELs side by side unless you are prepared to spend the...

Ill be up in August with Gana River finally for sheep and caribou. Still haven’t let myself get too excited yet after two years of let downs. Ill let myself relax when I finally get there.
I hunted last year on Baranof Island/ Sitka with Jim Phillips Anahootz Alaskan Adventures. Guide was fantastic and goat numbers are really high on the island. Lots of goats but you better be in shape as the terrain is rugged. Beautiful country.
Happy to explain your MRI results if you want. Shoot me a PM and I give you my phone number. I am an Orthopedic Surgeon in MI and ironically sitting icing my knee from a lateral meniscus tear I had fixed yesterday that I tore on an Alaskan goat hunt.
Stan Perfex heavy metal is my favorite of the several I have tried. Lots of good options out their depending on your hand size and the way you anchor. I personally like being able to rotate the thumb trigger 45 degrees.
I have had both. I liked the bino pouch especially for my smaller binos on the SG but as was said earlier the straps on the SG was a deal breaker for me and I got rid of it. Very uncomfortable. I just wish the marsupial gear was a bit smaller for my 8x32s. Fits the 10x42 great.
