    They will send an email. Looking at last year I got the Mountain Goat unsuccessful email at 9:37 am and bighorn email at 11:52 am. I also see a $50 charge for preference points in my pending credit chard charges so if they did like in years past it is probably the Mountain Goat draw.

    For New Mexico I have never had to worry about it. My credit card cycle ends on the 10'th and NM deadline is Mid March. I have always gotten the license refund at the end of April before the amount was due. There isn't much you can do about Wyoming except deal with it.

    If you ever think you will upgrade to a Kestrel in future, then I would go sig kilo 2400 bdx. Last time I looked the 2200 wouldn't interface, but the 2400 would and that is what I went with. If you are 100% certain you will never get a kestrel then the 2200 is a great option.
