What stock/chassis did you have the barreled action in originally? Was it a shooter up until you put it in the element chassis? -

I can’t speak to the U7 but I have two Scythe’s and I am happy. I just started using the 2nd one but the first one has close to 300 rounds of 7 prc through it and everything seems good. -

Valid point, I built a 7 prc for elk hunting so I may just stick with that plan. I will just keep my max range within my limitations. -

I'm in a similar situation although I shoot and am more confident with my Creedmoor's than my 7 PRC. I am leaning towards my 6.5 Creedmoor with 140 eldm for a bull hunt this October. I have still not made my mind up.. I would keep my shots under 500 to keep my impact velocity above 2,000 fps for... -

Suppressor wait times
I just purchased/submitted a scythe on Friday 9/13 and it was approved this morning 9/19. This was submitted through a Trust also. -

ground black bear meat/fat ratio
I'm with this guy, no fat or pork in any of my wild game ground meat. Summer sausage, hot sticks, etc is a different story. Then I usually use 25% clean pork trimmings (not to fatty).- Tbone26

Unless something changed this year I think you are fine. My dad and I drove back last year with 2 moose and a bear and didn’t have any issues. -
