Anyone use Lowa Camino GTX?

I have a little experience with them. Pretty much help true to the threads I read about them on here. Not a bad mountain boot but for my personal preference it didnt have as much ankle support that I look for. Maybe if I would have tightened up the laces a little more it could have corrected it...

Has anyone bought Used boots?

I did the same thing! Bought a set that seemed brand new for $90 only downside is they were a hair to small so had to send them back. It was nice also being able to try them and see if I liked them with the 30 day return policy!

Does anyone hike with their hunting packs?

Metcalf by Mystery Ranch!! The weight is worth the quality and load capability of the pack. And yes, use it on every hike. I typically take off my top hat. Also look into the guide lite frame. Significantly lighter without giving up to much

Meat Hauler

Buy a Metcalf by Mystery Ranch used. I picked mine up practically new for $300. Awesome pack, with a great meat hauling design. Great warranty too!

New pack - Kifaru or Mystery Ranch

Love my metcalf!! Very well thought out, great for a 3-5 day pack in but also compresses down small enough for a day trip. And love that its made right here in the USA... ps never owned a kifaru

Picking an OTC CO Unit

Great post, thank you!! Getting so hard to draw a tag in Arizona I keep telling myself I'll go hunt Colorado but always get deterred when I hear about the crowds of hunters. Does hunting the primitive/wilderness areas drastically cut down the hunting pressure? Thanks
