I have the Lowa Tibets and have been looking for a lighter boot also. I'll have to give those La Sportiva Nucleo a try. I don't think i have "skinny feet" but i do have a very narrow heel cup with big calves = bad recipe for constant heal blisters.

What do you guys prefer?
I've hunted with both but can't decide what I like better.
This past September I lost a $200 STAN thumb release out on a hunt. I clipped it onto my D-loop and later looked back to see that it was gone! Luckily I had a backup but might just stick with a index finger...

This close to hunting season, keep your stabilizer off. Anything that helps improve consistent accuracy, I say stick with it. In your case not shooting your 8" Bee Stinger.
