    Yup. I took the top half of the Peak Clip, flipped it over and milled it flat. Then drilled and tapped a hole to mount the plate to. Attached the plate, then attached to the head. Now I can clip in a camera, binos, or spotter all with the Peak design plate.

    In my opinion bike are efficient. Unless your mountain biking up a trail I don't think your going to get a great benefit out of a bike on flat ground, plus it's going to take a lot of time in the saddle to get what you need out of it. I'd hit the stairs, lunges, box step ups, barbell complexes...

    I've had one for awhile now, since mid Feb. During normal temps I think it would be ok, when it's cold out it's going to be louder. It's just the nature of the material. Depending on what and how you hunt (close in) is where material choice could effect you.

    "The rut" has peaks and valleys from early Sept to mid Oct with so many variables that can effect what you see/hear as "rut action". It would be tuff to nail down some solid advice to you but I'd err on the later side of Sept.

    I have one, I hate it. It's needed at some point but I don't like it. Yes you can swap out the material, yes it gets caught in brush and stuff.
