    What powder are you using? This would be a factor. Some are more temperature sensitive than others. I am not using a calculator like you are.

    Alaska Float trip wader suggestions.

    I bought some hip waders from Frog Toggs three years ago when I went to Alaska and have zero complaints. Might make you a deal on them if you are interested. Simms are probably better but based on the frequency of use I chose these. They worked great.

    If you are looking at a down coat or vest ...merino wool base layers that only you will see..look at trewgear.com. I just ordered some of the same stuff that KUIU sells but not in Camo. Same fabric manufacturer both with the merino wool and the down. But for way less money. I bought a down vest...
