Yeah just pull the primer when in a vehicle. I don’t pull the primer when at camp or whatever because it removes the air/water tight seal and exposes your powder via the flash hole. Just keep the safety on and practice the 4 rules of gun safety.

I went from SG to a Kifaru mountain warrior and bag to an SG. The X Curve frame just fits me better. I can’t say one is objectively better than the other, it’s totally up to the user. Brand loyalty is very foolish in this arena. It’s 100% your back and legs that should choose.
Zeiss RF 10’s and SLC 15’s for me. I like that I can glass for long periods with both. I don’t like looking through a spotter for very long, so I hate carrying something that heavy that I only look through sparingly. I can sit on the 15’s sun up to sun down and enjoy every minute.
