Damn... was hoping you waxed em in 11 or 13. Good job.

How many Ruddy Ducks can you take legally in 1 day in CA?

Torch or paraffin wax the down feathers. Or take your time. Different birds can end up being more of a pain than others.

How many Ruddy Ducks can you take legally in 1 day in CA?

They're fine. Probably better like that. If birds are kept cool you do not need to clean them right away, provided it didn't get hammered real bad. I clean those same day.

How many Ruddy Ducks can you take legally in 1 day in CA?

Not recently but yes. I did not care for it. The bufflehead my dumb friend told me to shoot last year was horrible and I knew it was going to be the second I grabbed it cause it reeked of fish smell just holding it.

Unfollowing Hunting Social Media Will Make Hunting Better: Matt Rinella Essay

Don't agree. With more hunting maybe more people will come to terms that their oversized family and their home in suburban sprawl with pointless side yards, unneeded square footage is not the American dream they were lead to believe it was and that in actuality these things make society less...

    And then there was... None.

Oh no I just met the little one the week before, sorry to hear that she has passed. And I thought there wouldn't be much in the way of dove out there now. I'm just not seeing much of any in the area.

    Dove Limit, and some Drama...

Sigh... not all hunting requires the use of a bush wookie suit. The trucks don't flair the birds particularly tucked up to the trees like that. Got plenty of birds there and damn near dropped one into my truck bed that circled back around to the setup. They pick up on movement as attractants...

    Dove Limit, and some Drama...

The reason I mentioned it is because when discussing sharing spots on various forums in the past you have chimed up and said it's up to the person that shared it with if you decide to share it with others AND that if going back the proper etiquette is to invite the person that showed you the...

    Dove Limit, and some Drama...

Maybe getting stuck was just karma for hunting a spot somebody showed you without inviting them? Don't seem to practice what you preach. I will say if you were where I thought you were thanks for picking up your empty shells, unlike all the other scumbags I had to pick up after this season.

The draw process is supposed to be hard? You're kidding right? A lot bigger things to be concerned about than fellow hunters being informed...
