I just got back from a hunt that was planned years ago. I missed a caribou and wondering if anyone has any insight or helpful feedback on what could’ve happened.
The shot was at a 32 degree angle up hill at 410 yards. Clean miss under his belly.

Thanks for all the input. I shot a 5 round group at 500 yards not accounting for wind. I think I’ll leave the ballistic data alone. Biggest spread was 4.4”

I want to verify my MOA adjustments and was wondering if shooting at 600 yards and averaging the group is sufficient or should I do 300-600 in 100 yard increments ?

I have tried the first lite suspenders and the rear clip digs into your back. Also tried the outdoor research suspenders. I hate how they twist when connected to a pant loop? Not sure why they didn’t rotate the connection points.

Seems odd to have this analogy on elk and then the elk nut Paul always bugles on high pressure areas.
I have also used cow calls and got nothing then threw a bugle out and bulls lite up

Thanks for great info. This is a very good point and seems like trueing MV is the option. I don’t plan to shoot at game past 500 anyways. But like to play at the range out to 1000

Wondering if anyone else is using this app? I really enjoy it for the amount of scope options it has for SFP to easily see your hold over marks.
