    I tie most of my own flies so the eyes are clear of glue and most store bought flies are open as well. You can always use a hook point as well.

    Fumed Silica powder on ebay is the same thing you buy in the tiny bottle at a fly shop. I'm all about supporting my local fly shop but you can buy a gallon for $25. Guiding I go thru a lot but a gallon will last most folks 5-10 years. Nippers get a pair of Dollar store fingernail clippers...

    I'm glad you're liking it. What bullet are you shooting out of it now? I don't get on there much anymore. Even though I use to hunt and win several predator tournaments I kind of got turned off by all the hunting for numbers guys on there. Nothing wrong with I just kind of changed my opinion...

    It is an awesome round especially for calling. If hunting for mainly foxes it would be my number one choice although I've killed several bobcats and coyotes with it and never felt under gunned I still prefer carring a 17 rem in either a LVSF or an AR platform.
