    The down exped that i looked at had been stored standing vertical.The down had fallen down to the lower half.That has me concerned.No baffling to prevent that from happening.In real world use i'm not sure if it's a pain or not shifting it before using the pad.

    I use the promaster you sell and the 6160 head.I'm happy with the twist locks. I would make all the metal parts out of titanium . When sheep hunting i remove the center post and two sections of legs as i am sitting anyway. I will be using a Manfrotto 494RC2 Ball Head this year will knock off...

    Bear aware

    It could give you time to grab you're gun possibly scare the bear.Some bears are territorial and will kick you're ass just because you're in their space not because they are looking for you're food.
