    Shooting Deer In FoodPlots...Can They Smell It???

    I've shot 2 deer in food plots this year. Field dressed both in the same food plot they were shot. Within hours I had deer walking within 10 yards of the kill site, including mature bucks. Didn't seem to bother them at all.

    Anyone know if AA enforced there one set of antlers per flight rule this year? I have a trip planned for next year, flying out of Anchorage. Need to get some details worked out. I'm looking into become a known shipper, seems like a waste for 1 trip. Also know about alaska trophy express. Thanks

    You tell us if it was worth it, your the one driving back to SC. To me it sounds like your trying to justify leaving and are probably regretting it. Personally I wouldn't have left that quick.

    Free bump for a nice rifle. Travis built my wife a 7 saum 2 years ago. By far our favorite rifle, shoots great.

    This is totally up to you, you know your feet better than anyone. Wear whatever comfortable. I wear non insulated boots all year, except for when I'm stand hunting whitetails in Dec.
