    Y'all were the exception and not the rule. Out of everyone that tells me "oh we have everything worked out and agreed to" I'd say one in twenty works out that way. Fights over pets or the old Chevy or Ford beater truck are common.

    Yes sir. In the divorces I handle, I generally push everything towards a speedy resolution and the lawyer on other side gets pissed because they want to drag everything out and bill hourly to milk that $6-20k retainer. I normally only do divorces for people I know. Usually 5ish a year.

    Thats not a risk I'd be willing to take, and I'm half crazy. Multiple ex-wives would probably say it's a higher % of crazy than 50%.

    Craft brand insert with a blower is the best I've ever experienced, and I've used many. Sometimes you can find them used cheap when the homeowner doesn't want to fool with wood and is swapping to gas logs.

    If you want to do nothing, hire a damn good lawyer to do nothing for you. Deadlines are real and the friend can royally mess up by sticking his head in the sand.

    Micro midas in 7mm-08 and shoot 120 gr NBT. Stone cold lifetime killer. That's unless you expect your daughter to be 5' 10" tall with long arms and neck.

    Alimony is usually ordered when there is a big difference in income between the spouses. That's on top of child support. In most states, proving adultery cuts off the cheater's claim to Alimony, but not if both spouses get caught for adultery.

    Apparently Hawaii is a no fault divorce state and court doesn't care who did what, so not a bunch of leverage to play except she wants cash in hand asap.

    My experience with very nice supergrades is the sellers think much more of them than the buyers. I see them priced at 1500-2000, but the ones that actually sell go for 1000-1250.
