The point is that errors in wind call have the greatest effect on projectile placement. Thus, minimizing wind error impact by using high BC bullets has the greatest effect on lethality. Generally, heavier match bullets have higher BCs than light ones.

Exactly. Durable high mag scopes with appropriate reticles for high mag already exist, and are made by NF. OP scope would sell like hotcakes, and Ryan knows it.

There’s so much pressure ahead of that round that I can’t imagine it staying on. But if the bullet does make a hole through it, that could be an issue for the same reasons a damaged crown often is. (Perturbation of trailing edge vortices)

They feed well once set up. A clarification for future readers: Atlasworx has a Proprietary AICS bottom metal which they call a T3x cut but requires substantial inletting. They also have a drop-in CTR AICS bottom metal which is what I'm using now.
