    Personally I've found it much easier to eliminate all sweets and soda than to cheat periodically. After a few years, I can eat a candy bar once a week, but that next morning there's a bit of "hunger pangs", which I never get unless I eat carbs to excess.

    2 hour hare scramble on the YZ250 woods beast. My first motorcycle race ever, at age 61! 32 miles of mixed terrain. AHR 150 bpm. Waaaay tougher workout than my heart rate would indicate. Actually the hardest ride I've ever done. Placed 2nd in the 60+ class, earning 21 AMA points. :-)
