If you are getting a toy hauler for a crew cab sxs, get the diesel. I used a gasser for years and switched to a 6 speed Cummins, I don’t know why I didn’t make the switch earlier.

I've had mine for a couple of years. I bought it when they were still under $400. I've packed several elk and deer out with mine. It's been a decent pack, but with the price point that they are now, I'd probably look at something different.
There are less and less true full size (less than 50") sxs trails every year. There are still a few that I'm able to use my Pioneer on, but the FS is whittling them down. Pretty dang hard to beat a small 4x4 truck, even if it's a Nissan.
I ended up keeping it. I figured I probably wouldn't ever be able to get into another one if I regretted my decision. I actually have put it to use wolf hunting the last couple of winters.
I certainly agree with that. Spend some time on any of the FB hunting pages and that is all you hear about. So far, it seems most of those folks belly ache over the internet but don't take the time to show up to any of the open houses. Eventually, that squeaky wheel will get the grease though.
