Potential delay in Colorado wolf introduction

This is probably more of a reasonable response to the issue than the smoke and mirrors that the left likes to throw out on a daily basis.

That sounds like the one my friend has and the only way I'll buy another printer is to make sure it's got that feature.

    Ever catch grouse by hand?

Ruffed grouse are so popular in Alaska that they're extremely skittish and the only birds that I've been able to walk right up on are ptarmigan. Once up at Worthington Glacier we had one just walking along in front of us to where we had to stop walking a couple of times. Also had one running...

    Elk Liver

Absolutely the best part of a moose. Hungry now just thinking about it.

    Ever catch grouse by hand?

I love chicken, but ruffed grouse is one of my favorites, better than ptarmigan and maybe second only to quail.

Wireless printing is great, but they sure made them a lot more hassle to connect.

    Vortex has no value.

I never liked Vortex based on having never liked the Diamondback series, but it's almost as if the Vipers are a different binocular altogether. Maybe for me, Vortex Diamondback has no value, but Vortex Viper and higher are a different thing altogether.

    Home Printer

I don't know which printer one of my friends got because I wasn't in the market but I know there are some available out there that are designed for the owner to be able to buy refill bottles if you search for them.

    Ear infection

Defintely keep the warmth on it and I seem to have used something called otic drops years ago. That little dropper bottle lasted me a long time but I think it was a prescription thing and fortunately haven't needed it again since. Just took a quick look and it appears the otic drops are easily...

Look for a printer that allows you to use the refill bottles rather than having to buy unreasonably expensive and proprietary cartridges.

    Planning Family Alaska Trip

Lot more to do in Valdez for the family and it's a short ride of the ferry from Whittier, past the Columbia Glacier and sea lions. Anywhere on salt water in Alaska you're going to find plenty of guide trips available. Usually sea otters hanging around Valdez too.

Air Tags - Any theft recoveries?

I've known people who've done it and always thought about it too. If someone here has any tips on type of switch, good locations for them and which wires to use I'd get even more interested, especially after one of my friends just had his car stolen a couple weeks ago.

Brooks Range Dall Sheep/ Grizzly Combo Rifle Selection

If there's chance of brownies around I'd rather have the .300 and do my homework on being comfortable with my aim. Not even sure how much I'd want that .223 in black bear country, especially if it was Prince of Wales. I'd like your equation better if you'd said .270, 7mm or something more of...

Brooks Range Dall Sheep/ Grizzly Combo Rifle Selection

I'm probably average size and never had any trouble with my .375 HH either. Maybe it's just that a lot of shooters just prefer the lighter recoiling rounds, rather than not being able to handle the larger or more powerful ones.

    Vortex has no value.

There, pretty accurate now that I fixed it.

Air Tags - Any theft recoveries?

You got your gun case back, just as the airline lost a couple of employees. Good for both side.

    Quitting Alcohol

I was pretty lucky in grade school when we started getting a case of beer on Friday night and I soon realized that I didn't like the taste or what it made me feel like. I can enjoy a little bit of a buzz now and then, but all my life now and then has months in between sometimes, and I never...

Brooks Range Dall Sheep/ Grizzly Combo Rifle Selection

One reason why a lot of Alaskans carry larger rifles is that we've seen huge bear tracks when out just looking for moose too many times!

    Moving to Alaska

Crossing the borders are a roll of the dice every time and I've been given an endless hassle by both sides, only to be let right through by both at different times, but my worst experiences ever have been at the hands of the Canadians. Blaine, Beaver Creek, Prince Rupert being the only ones who...

    Suggestions on tents

Setting up a tent in southeast, especially around Ketchikan definitely gives a new perspective to tent camping!
