My guess is either plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis.
Either way the treatment is pretty much the same, i.e. rest, avoid activities that irritate it, strengthen your calf muscles particularly Soleus and have your shoes/stride checked out.
Soft tissue work could also be helpful.

I have 2 of my athletes training with stones. They're lifting, squatting, rowing, pressing, carrying and putting stones out in the woods. They're coupling those workouts with bodyweight exercises.
When I write a long term program for an athlete the first thing I write in are "zero days" (days of complete rest), the next thing are "zero hours" (downtime between training sessions), next are deload weeks. I start the workload development portion by scheduling active recovery days.
