    My guess is either plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis. Either way the treatment is pretty much the same, i.e. rest, avoid activities that irritate it, strengthen your calf muscles particularly Soleus and have your shoes/stride checked out. Soft tissue work could also be helpful.
