I wear moabs when hunting desert muleys in Arizona. They were great lightweight and was able to pack out a few deer with no issues. Just liked how well they breathed. I didn’t have the gtx version so if there was rain I never used them. They are a great little boot.
I’ve been going back and forth on getting a quilt. I love the idea and wish there was an easy way to try one out before buying. A good one costs plenty but so does a good bag. I think I’ll end up ponying up for an el coyote.
I can’t wait to get out. The time the season opens is when I’ll be ready post shoulder surgery so should be a fun time. Definitely need the mental recovery after being cooped up long enough.
My buddy and I were in the exact area a few years ago. Have fun with the pack out. Only advice would be to realize how difficult the terrain is. Experienced or not keep it realistic.
Small bino harness with rangefinder pouch all in foliage. $125 or willing to trade for a marsupial medium enclosed color doesn’t matter as much. Harness has been used for the last couple seasons and it is great just need the bigger size for bigger Binos.
Card hit had a tag number and now it states no tag. As usual Arizona just messes with people to stress them out. Worst process in the world. Why is it so hard to have the stuff updated as the cards are hitting like many other states.
