If you got the Covid vax I would look into the heart side effects. Lots more research coming out of the dark recently and it’s scary. Other countries are a bit more public with their research about heart issues as a side effect.
That’s going to be the biggest problem across the board. Employees are hard to find right now and good ones are near impossible. As some one else said, if you have good employees make sure they have no reason to leave.
Did you make sure you grabbed the right hose. We were having issues because there was another hose that fit perfectly from a thread standpoint but wouldn’t keep the buddy lit. Sounds like sage issue. Swapped back hoses at it worked like a champ

You can get a thread converter. The Davros pro comes with one. Not sure about the normal one. When I clear the waiting period I will be selling my standard Davros and can include the converter. I hit my ten days today.
