Vortex: China or Japan?

Vortex hasnt ever been made in the USA- i have a three year old pair of Diamonbacks and they are made in China.

North Dakota DIY Archery Whitetail Deer hunt

After watching THP run around ND, i would like to try it. Keep in mind in ND that if it isnt posted and its private, you can hunt it without permission. There is NOT much posted land in ND, so you have nearly endless places to hunt

What do you use for a Bino Harness?

Maybe someone noted this, but I see Vortex binos now come with the glasspak bino case. I just have one of those , $30 if you need to buy seperatly from Cabelas. Works as it should- i couldnt see spending over a hundo on one.

Best way to carry rifle on my pack

I was wondering what people were using that carry the gun under their arm- that gun bearer looks slick. Does it get in your way much while hiking?

High-Country Elk Hunt in Colorado - 1st Rifle Season

I'll be in SW CO for 1st season, not this exact unit but close. Word is from my buddy that lives out there is the elk are on the green food sources, which there are a lot of them of course from all the rain but he has been seeing solid numbers

Southwest CO Elk disappointment

Im heading that way for 1st rife. The guy who we are staying with is seeing good numbers of elk when driving around nearly every day- right place, right time I suppose

Colorado unit 65.

Do you use OnX? I'll be in 65 this Fall and have been looking it over on OnX a good amount, it shows the two tracks as a dotted line
