Thanks to all for your advice . Looks like the only question now would be is there any disadvantage to buying the B and C retiicle From the responses, I would say no.
Is the B and C reticle worth the extra cost? If you have the cds system?Going on 6.5 creedmoor eastern deer most shots under 200 yards. Some power line shots could stretch it to 500 yards.
Looking at this scope for deer and hogs in South Georgia. Will not be dailing much. My thinking is it being mrad not moa would not be a big deal? I also think the red dot type reticle will work good when hunting in the edge of a swamp and some power line right aways. Look for feed back on anyone...
Wow talked to savage today they said sounds like a magazine issue. In the mean time i used a different magazine and it was better but would still jam up 1 out of 10 rounds. Savage answer you can ship it back to us and will look at it but I have to pay shipping to them! I am done with savage!
I just got a savage ultralite in 6.5 creedmoor. Haven’t even mount a scope on it yet has not been fired. Just loaded some 143 eld x factory ammo and the gun jams up on the third sometimes the second round from magazine. The first round feeds every time. The round catches jams up and won’t feed ...
Looking at these 2 scopes for a savage 110 ultralite 6.5 creedmoor. Wonder if the weight difference of 6 oz and the upgraded glass is worth the 400 price difference ? Will be hunting Georgia deer and hogs mostly short range but do have some open fields and power lines.
