Sweating like a savage / insulation layering

I had not heard of Brynje until reading this post. I have wiggys and they do an excellent job with sweat management and are extremely durable. They are not the most comfortable to wear, sizes are not great, and you can only get a top and a bottom. From reading and looking at the products on the...

Cold weather layering for guys that sweat

Wiggy’s fishnet base layers are worth a look. I don’t use them when it’s below 10 or so, but they work great for minimizing sweat between 10-40 degrees. Probably works when it’s warmer too but I’ve never used them in warmer temps.

+1 on the Vaseline soaked cotton balls. Cheap, easy, light readily, and burn hot. One downside is that they take up more space

    Insta pot venison roast

    Canned salmon question

I might freeze it as well. I would guess it would still be good for a weekish as long as temps don't get too warm.

Elk heart.... brine or no brine

I have never brined a heart. I slice caribou heart into 1/2" slices and fry with butter. Use in place of a burger patty for heart burgers.
