I had not heard of Brynje until reading this post. I have wiggys and they do an excellent job with sweat management and are extremely durable. They are not the most comfortable to wear, sizes are not great, and you can only get a top and a bottom.

Wiggys fishnets base layer. I wear a light merino wool shirt next to my skin and the fishnet top over that. After that Layer as necessary depending on temperature and activity levels.
I disagree. If you had a dad/uncle/grandpa show you then you probably had to earn it. Packing gear, setting up camp, setting stands, checking bait piles, following blood trails, butchering animals, the list goes on. The beauty of learning from a person is that it is all part of the package.

Wiggy’s fishnet base layers are worth a look. I don’t use them when it’s below 10 or so, but they work great for minimizing sweat between 10-40 degrees. Probably works when it’s warmer too but I’ve never used them in warmer temps.
This post is spot on. After I am done butchering meat from the backbone, I separate each backbone section and add these to pressure cooked soup. There is generally a surprising amount of meat still on the bone.
Barbecue moose ribs are right up there with my favorite meal. We use insta pot to get them tender and then barbecue them on the grill or the broiler in the oven.
