I brought my Crispi's and Simms wading boots with me this year to Alaska. I spent every day wearing the Simms wading boots. I could have used the Crispi's on the ridgetops, but it was wet just about everywhere we went.
Next time, I'm just taking the wading boots.
I have the Sig XTen. I bought it specifically to take with me to Alaska for bear defense. It shot the Buffalo bore ammo perfectly, I haven’t had any issue with the pistol or the ammo.

I just used www.optics4rent.com for a spotting scope for my moose hunt. Very helpful and extremely reasonable to deal with. give them a call and talk to them. I am very pleased with their service.
Unless you are specifically wanting Underwood Ammo, I would look at Buffalo Bore Ammunition. You can order directly from their website and get it in just a few days.
Also, keep an eye on Ammoseek if you are not already.
If you want a luxury experience go to Lanai.
If you are good with a more rugged experience go to Molokai.
For what it’s worth I took my wife and son to Molokai for an axis hunt back in December, and we all had a great time. Tons of animals there.

My family and I made a quick trip to our lease for a little turkey action and shed hunting.
The grass was so tall, it made shed hunting impossible. We were more focused on turkeys.
We arrived at the lease late Saturday about 5. Got unloaded, and spent the next 1.5 hours working on the Can Am...
Hey man. Could I get a copy of your list as well? I have my first AK moose hunt this September as well.
