    Sorry to revive an old post. I picked up the FHF sling after all and played around with mounting it to my Kuiu pack at lunch today. So far I like it but it's going to take some adjustment and fine tuning. Anyone here pick one up recently? what are your experiences with it? Thanks!

    I've had it set up in some 30mph winds, and a few showers. Nothing terribly bad, but it stayed put. It also handles a 45lb cattle dog and my girlfriends 100lb German shepherd, if that's any consolation.
