    Back in the day I’d say no. It was only a way of drawing attention to your area. Pre internet boom the record books were ways for guys to figure out wheee to go hunt… Now, I don’t think it means crap. And especially not on a P&Y deer (no offense). Booner I’d be hesitant to enter it even now.

    I don’t understand saddles. For me they’re solving a problem that doesn’t exist. A light weight hang on a 3 sticks with an aider is hardly difficult to pack and hang. And a climber is easier than all the above… Also all the hunstafluencers having chubs over saddles have turned me off from ever...

    Mono pod - most of my stands are that standard steel grid and this stick I have sits right into the holes. If it doesn’t - just tape something to the end to widen it up.

    I echo this. My dad has 3 and they’re turds. Image quality is shit on the app (compared to tactacam). The app is hot garbage. They just stop working randomly. They’re expensive….

    I’ve used tactacam for 4 years. I honestly loved them until I had problems…. I had an XPro just stop turning on. I was instructed to update firmware, updating firmware bricked the camera so I had to send it in which I was charged for because I didn’t have the paper receipt for proof of purchase...
