From my experience I wear the same size in Salomon Speedcross 3's as I do in my all the Crispi boots I wear. The Salomons for me were a touch on the narrow side compared to Crispi. I hope that is helpful! -

Should you roll a sleeping bag when using a stuff sack?
Most bag manufacturers recommend stuffing their down bags rather than rolling, since rolling tends to create memory in the down or matting. Also just like ColoradoHunterHiker said, DON'T store in stuff sack. Either put it in a loose fit bag, lay it out, or hang it up.- blackovis

Sitka flash pullover
The Flash is an interesting piece. Feel wise it is similar to a Cloudburst or Dewpoint rain jacket though a bit quieter and obviously lighter. Jacket Suggestion
My favorite has always been the FL Uncompahgre Puffy. It's not the lightest option but it has good insulating qualities and the water resistance has been great also. Not waterproof. Guide Jacket has good DWR, a swift wind seems to cut through it more compared to some other jackets I've owned... -
