As far as I know they don’t make that saw anymore. You may be able to use one from a Weston arrow saw just not sure if you can buy that part by itself.

For me I’d shim it. You can probably just shim the top cam to fix that. Before doing that I’d verify that your center shot is set to 13/16”. Doesn’t take a lot of adjustment to correct a bareshaft.
To get a tight fit without glueing you can use the old grocery bag trick. Place a plastic grocery bag over the end of the shaft then press your insert into the shaft through the bag. The bag will essentially make the inside diameter smaller getting a tighter fit with no glue. This may or may not...
You could be getting a slight tail right out of the bow with the bare shaft. You could move the rest a 1/32 to the left to see if it will clean it up. That much rest movement won’t affect your fletched shafts.
