Good catch guys, we've recently gone through and remeasured all of our packs using a more accurate system that uses non-compressible plastic balls in a cylinder. Looks like the the liters didn't get updated at the same time. Thanks for the heads up, we'll get everything updated to match.
I think the Tahr was before we started putting tensioners on the back to hook up to the bottom. There are 3 bar sliders that will go through the common loops. You should be able to put them on your duplex light no problem. You will have to disconnect your load lifters on your shoulder straps and...
Yep, we replaced that part with a glass filled polymer part. Tried to use the arrows we had on hand but it didn't work out. LonePeak, pm me your address and I'll send you a couple of them for you and your buddy.
We ask for those measurements so we can adjust the shoulder straps for your torso depth/height. They are standard measurements that most know, much easier than asking someone to measure the distance from their C7 vertebrae and their Iliac Crest of the pelvis. It's more important on the frames...
The back panel of has pals webbing in the Shape Charge. Not really quick access but you could have a dedicated holster on the back panel and it will keep junk out of your suppressor baffles. One of the guys here has a HK45CT with a can, I'll ask him to bring it in to see how it fits.
Can you email me a pic of the damage to the pack and the part of the stay that wore through the fabric Singleshot? It shouldn't have done that if it was all put together correctly.
Yep, that's correct Singleshot. I would check to make sure the profile of the stay is going the right way as the Shapecharge frame sheet is symmetrical and can be put in either way. Some of our assemblers might have it with the stay exit on top so it's easier to swap out stays if you want...
Morning pc3. Those buckles are for the webbing coming off of your belt between the webbing tracks. That's so you can pull the bottom of your pack closer in to stabilize the load.
That was probably a very limited run for a military contract. Sometimes there were extras made and those ended up in civilian hands. The MMR has a Military division patch so that pack was made in the early 2000's. Good luck on your search!
I'm a big fan of military vehicles Anglo. The Hellcat got its name from the M18 light tank that racked up more kills thank any other US tank in WWII primarily because it could out maneuver heavier and slower German tanks. The Sherman, Stryker, Shape Charge, Hooligan (breaching tool) and the Mag...
Yep, you got a newer version Pendo. I try to update the bags as they are released for new production runs based off of the feed back you guys give us. Bladder on the inside was one of the major gripes with the Reckoning.
Oregonboy, I will sometimes hook the top loop of the frame around something stout to pull against and use a pair of pliers. Also helps to leave it out in the sun for a little to heat up. We used to spray the stays with clear acrylic to seal them and then they would effectively "weld" themselves...
Afternoon guys, just wanted to hop in here and clear some stuff up. The Gnargali and Dall do not have Xpac behind the front panel but the bottom is 500d lined with Xpac. The purpose of these bags was to shave as much weight as possible while maintaining some higher performance with materials...
For the Gen 2 I reinforced the top handle and added .75" straps going across the back for bows / snowshoes / extra crap. Other than that they are pretty much the same.
Anozira, that's a Nomad 2 gunbearer and is compatible with the older Hoodlums. It has a longer strap and sewn in ladder lock so that the webbing can double back on itself and adjust in height. The standard Gunbearer won't work in that set up. Greg, if you're wondering if you have a hoodlum...
