If you're on a desktop with a mouse try holding down Ctrl and moving the little wheel in the middle on the mouse. This should shrink or enlarge the screen. Hope this helps.
I'm surprised that I haven't read anything in this thread about brace height and the difference in speed/forgiveness you get with shorter versus longer heights. I'm a longer ATA fan with BHs ranging somewhere between 7 - 7 1/2 inches. With the newer shorter ATA bows, sporting parallel limbs...
Google "determining VO2 max"...there are different methods you can use with the idea of performing in your VO2 max range for short intervals, extending them over time. If nothing else, when doing cardio, go as hard as you can for a minute or so and then back off...then as fast as you can for...
What are the benefits of doing 4 sets of single leg curls and another 4 sets of leg curls for a total of 8 sets of 15 reps? Got some stubborn legs and do a similiar w/o to include deadlifts. Thought maybe I could understand and change my w/o up a bit. Thanks!

I'm going on my second year with the Sitka Timberlines up here in AK and thoroughly enjoy them for use above timberline. They are a bit on the heavy side but hold up in the rougher terrain. As far as noise goes, like a new pair of carharts, it fades away as they get broken in. Had the attacks...
I had the Kuiu made in NA line as well as the China made products...both fit differently based on same sizing. Never could find either to fit me right...some were tighter than others, some longer. Anyhow, ended up going back to sitka for numerous reasons. The sitka runs true to size as...
I've ran the hogg father on my Contender, longer ATA bow and noticed the difference between that and the right-on or real-deal sight as far as weight and balance goes. I prefer the smaller, lighter, real-deal or right-on sight with the small guard on my 31 ATA bow which i use on my longer...
AMO rating is 9GPP with the equipment set at 30" draw, 60lbs....IMO rating is 5GPP, 30" draw at 70lbs. Speeds are calculated at PBR (Point blank range). I'm pusing a 495gr arrow out of 70lb at about 238-242FPS, GTX cam. Not sure how 10GPP would do with my current sit up. A lot more moving...
