Pintler mounted on original guide light frame

I especially don't like the new tension lock buckles on the waist belt. They're pretty flimsy, and there's no possible field repair, so if it breaks in the woods, your hunt is over unless you tie your waistbelt together, which is a super comfortable solution.

Oh man... I was not ready for this today. My wife and I worked on an island for two years, and even though it was a cold rocky island, Banana Wind was still a fixture in the cassette player.

Cook System for Winter Snow Camping

I’m cautious about taking propane ice fishing these days, not sure how much I’d want to lean on it camping anymore. I’d definitely bring a backup liquid fuel stove, and I’d try and keep the propane as warm as possible

Hey man, I've had the same problem with VLD style bullets in my 308 Predator. Try the berger seating depth method, but you might find yourself limited by the mag length. I've had best success with more "traditional" bullets, like the smk. Currently working on 165gr Swift Sciroccos and H4895 out...
