    There probably aren't very many 33 noslers with short barrels. My 33 has a 28" barrel and my load with a 250 berger is 2920 fps. I ran it up over 3000 fps during load devlopment.

    finding a cash flowing single family house in Texas is almost impossibile. I do know some guys that do well in multi family in texas. The guys I know that have a bunch of single family homes in texas purchased them in houston before prices and interest rates went up.

    You can't put enough money into a Roth account to retire very early. If someone wants to retire early you will usually have to put money into non tax advantaged account. Plus you have to be 59 1/2 to use the money from your Roth

    The speed is very close between the cartridges. I was above 3000 fps when I hit preasure running a 250 and rl26. And I hit preasure just below 3000 with H1000. The 30 nosler will out run the 33 nosler at longer ranges. But the prc doesn't have the case capacity to run heavy bullets as fast...
