Balance beam for me. I've dabbled with electronic but had some issues. Reloading is my quiet time in my shop. I wish the balance beam was slower honestly.
The short answer is yes. I have the stockys vg on a 280ai and it really is a pussycat to shoot. It only weights 8lbs all in and the felt recoil with 180s at 2850 is less than from my 308 in a factory t3x stock .
The 31mm tekton open ended wrench from Amazon has worked for me for a few different tikka barrels now. It's the perfect size to fit the action with some cardstock between the action and wrench
Found this guy yesterday. Cwd and harsh winters have really impacted the mature bucks where I typically hunt (saskatchewan). This is that best buck I'd seen all fall so I made a stock and shot him at 140yards with the muzzleloader. I'd never shot a drop tine (left side) muley before so was...
What are guys using in the winter? I typically use a Nalgene and put it upside down so the threads don't freeze but was thinking of an insulated bottle. My 1l manna and yeti are too heavy
My 2 favorite loads that are basically interchangeable are 150 ttsx and 155 scenar. Both with 48gr varget l. 2990 and 2960fps respectively. Both shoot to same poi to 300 and I just stick to the scenar after that.
About 15 years ago I was going through trade school away from home while my girlfriend (now wife) was pregnant and my sister was dying of cancer. I started to get bad chest pains while in public and at other random times of stress. I ended up in the hospital a couple of times thinking I was...
I'm looking for a neoprene koozie that can be slid over my toaks 650ml pot. Has anyone seen one that might work? I love the weight and size of pot but don't love that I need to pack a separate cup with it for coffee. I figured if I had a sort of koozie that I could put the pot in after boiling...
It is a good trade but it's not without its downsides. It takes its toll on shoulders and necks. Especially commercial. Pretty much everything you do is overhead. My knees are also all scar tissue. Kneeled on way too many wafer screws in my career.
Stick with Klein for hand tools. They sell an electrical apprentice kit that comes with a belt/pouch.

Should get him by to start. Depending on if he's doing commercial or residential will be a...
I ordered one Monday after work and got it Wed. I took it out scouting last night and am quite impressed with it. I had the 11-33×50 (still do but for sale now) so I'll do a bit of a side by side comparison today. I really like the new twist up eye cup design.
