Depends on what restrictions are in the easement and what your plans for the property. Check the National Conservation Database to see what the easements are. Depending on the state could be a farmland protection easement or could be something more restrictive.
LED light strip that runs of aa batteries, like my kids use for there bedroom...get one with a remote. I got a piece of clear tubing and pulled the strip thru..I just zip tie the tubing to the ridge pole. Nice to be able to turn the lights off and on from your cot.
I just get the flavor of the month on Amazon, try to keep around $100...they last about 18-24 months before they shit the bed...then I get a new one...have one at each house...YMMV

I found with electric a lot depends on the tree...dont have much issue with dead trees of any kind, green live oak or white oak I don't even try to cut with electric, let the magic smoke out of my 1st one trying...

I keep a dewalt electric in my truck for road tripping and cutting wood for camp...works great for stuff around the house and butchering hogs too. I use vegetable oil instead of bar oil.
Just check the batch numbers for recalls. I know there have been some recalls over the years...I wanna say they were Winchester primers that were recalled...
