I would not recommend doing this. I would recommend something like this. Build your program in 3-week blocks. Focus on one Primary movement for the block, then switch movements for the next 3-week block.

I have no experience with C6 barrels, but I have multiple cans, and none of them need a washer. Can you take your can apart and look at the inside of the mounting threads?
Like most have already said Darn Tough socks are great. I wear them everyday, I have tried Alpaca and they did not last very long and developed a smell that would not wash out. I am trying a Yak wool blend and so far so good but still need more miles to confirm them.
I prefer not to use my shelter as a meat tarp. It’s one more thing to clean and get back into my pack and it’s a critical piece of equipment. I prefer to use contractor garbage bags or painters plastic and just throw it away.
