    Close to 20 years I carried a Rem 7600 chambered in 30-06 shooting 180gr core lokts. Last year I used a Tikka 6.5 with 143gr eldx’s This year I’ll likely use my Tikka 223

    No experience with the EB pants. What I can add is that the buckle on the zions are a nonissue under an EDC belt while carrying IMO. The quality on the wranglers are definitely not on par with Prana’s quality but the wranglers can not be beat for the price.

    I did my own “death hike”…solo

    Completed a 35 miler this past Saturday with one other guy. 16 hours and a little over 8k foot of elevation. This was my longest one. Always fun doing something hard.
