    Because you have to pour footings, frost walls, and a concrete floor anyways. So the difference is that it's either at ground level or 9' in the ground - the only difference is 5 more feet of wall concrete and a floor system, which was about $10k.

    When you guys say you let the firing pin down or its lowered, are you dry firing the rifle? If you chamber a round but then don't shoot, when you take that round out of the chamber, you are closing the bolt and then pulling the trigger? Why?

    Nope, zoom and focus feel about the same on mine.. if anything, the focus is maybe a little stiffer than the zoom. I need to find a way to keep my twist-up eye cap from moving - I'd like it set to the middle "notch", but I have a magview on it and the weight of the magview rotates the eyecup up.
