Shoot me a message if you like. I will give you my cell and will be fairly close and if you get in a pinch can drive over and help.

Good for you guys and I hope he has a great hunt. I don’t understand people and their need to complain. Sure CO probably could make improvements to their hunting programs and game management but if you want to hunt CO it is the easiest western state to get a elk or deer tag. There are draw units...
This is how I wear mine up. I have the holster mounted down two holes on the front and down one on the back to lower the overall holster on my belt and the tilt makes it just a little easier for me to get it out quickly. It helped a lot with any body contact from the pistol grip above the belt...
I don’t think it’s a scam at all. They publish plenty of data that shows past draw results which if someone does their research they would clearly see whether or not they have a chance at a tag. People willingly send their money in either by their own ignorance to the data or with wishful...
Friday, June 30th, 62 days until sheep season
I hope everyone has fun plans for Independence Day.
I am feeling much better so my physical training has picked up. I also spent a little more time on the range squeezing off rounds through my 300 WSM and my 243 (less recoil). I need to get more...
I agree it is plenty fair. I would even agree to a much higher resident ration, say 85%, if they would change the draw to where you use your points if you draw a tag and they continue to have equity for DIY NR hunters and Outfitted NR hunters.

This road was closed when we were there two weeks ago. Still had some snow pack from what I was told. We really enjoyed the park. The town of Estes was interesting. I found it funny that the town had a bunch of dope smoking liberals but yet every food joint served some type of wild game.

Nice list. Just my opinion based on one sheep hunt in the Brooks so take it for what it is.
I also agree with the previous comment about rethinking the rain gear/hard shell. I used the Northridge elk hunting in idaho in September and the one morning it rained I dang near shredded them. I think...
I had the January Archery tag about 10 years ago and stayed at the casino in Dulce. It was nice having a hot shower at night but that drive sucked. Between all the elk on the highway and the snow it made for a long day. Wish I would have just taken the wall tent.

It’s a great place to visit. I was there two weeks ago and there was a lot of snow above 11k. We hiked and watched wildlife for 3 days. Glad you enjoyed it.

SOLD. Swaro EL 10 x 42s with Outdoorsman Stud. These binos have seen a lot of use but are still in good shape. Bluing has wear around hinges from in/out of case. There are light scratches on lenses but nothing that effects the view. I do not have the original next strap and the Swaro Logo...
A recommendation for the guys new to the muzzleloader with open sights. Get your load figured out with a scope on before shifting to the open sights. No sense wasting time with a load that doesn’t group well and not knowing it.

Meant to be humorous. 23 years in the Corps and an artillery officer at that. We had some mighty big muzzle breaks. I have very little hearing left.
