i took a Nutrition class last night.

The only thing I could add is to try to force yourself to drink more water. I think it helps purge your blood levels, as well as speeding weight loss. And it helps you feel full between the smaller meals. Gotta be plain old H20, nothing else works as a substitute.

    The transformation....I was a fat bastard! :)

I'll play I struggle with my weight constantly. The only thing that keeps it under control is discipline. I work in a Medical Office, and at least four days a week we have drug reps catering lunches to us. So my office consists of a lot of Ladies that have double wide asses. They don't...

How many days have you spent in the mountains this year?

Maybe 20 days total...probably 14 overnight. Tag soup on elk, and managed to take one small blacktail buck in early archery season. I found out I'm just as good at killing deer with my truck as I am with my bow on Saturday Night!

    Alpen Optics

I had the good fortune to meet the owner, Vickie Gardner. She is a class act who will stand behind her products. That being said, never used their Optics, but they do seem to be a good value.

Would a water filtration system catch this?

You can kill the organism; but you can't "kill" the toxin because it's not alive, it's just a chemical produced by the organism. If it were positively or negatively charged, you might be able to remove it with an ion filter.

    Bipod or shooting sticks

Cool adaptor Brad. The SLIP System has the threaded insert already built into the handle, so it can be used that way, or in a kneeling (or sitting on a small seat) position. The gun rest comes with the unit, as well as an adjustable mini-ball camera adaptor, for video or still cams.
