Good to know. Most replies are not as good as these. Usually it is just...that sux, this sux...
In other, more normal shooting situations did you have issues?
I am not well versed at "quality" optics, however, I am trying my best to get the best bang for buck in an optic right at, or almost right at, 20 ounces.
Both of these fit the bill.
BUT, are they good enough for moderately low light (not dark, just shooting hours low light)? Clear enough for...

After using a Gerber multi-tool on an elk I decided 1. Never leave my better knives at home. 2. I dont really need a super knife. A plain ole knife will work fine.
I have been on the internet for 20+ years and have been bombarded with the awesomeness that is Tikka, despite not owning our Lords rifle myself, and find it un-possible to have an inaccurate Tikka.
Despite some good, odd, and outright bad recommendations, your rifle just might suck.

Received the Rincon 2P today. Coming from a 4.5 lb tent, this thing feels like a feather.
Setup was easy, although the pics show my first attempt that was sub-optimal. 2nd time was a far better pitch. I am 5'11" and feel as though this will fit me perfect.

I get the fit issue though. Im 5'11" @ 200lbs. I have a 34 waist but wear a 44 suit at the chest and my thighs are ridiculous because I squat...
We get it. Hand carved stocks with a flintlock action. You do you bro...lol.
Joking aside...

Sig may not have knocked this out of the park but maybe this pushes more companies to...
I will be getting one. When I can, I will then get a 338 Federal carbon barrel for it. This would be an awesome match for a mid to short range elk rifle.
Not sure about the instant return status of all these defective Ruger rifles but that is certainly something I've not experienced.
