I must be missing something. This bag weights 1.8 lbs, with virtually no pockets, not even side compression straps. It's marketed UL. Yet, my EXO 3200 bag is basically the same weight w/ side pockets, side stretch pockets, center stretch pocket, and it's cordura. The SG solo bag is...
I have one ordered. For those how have used this bag, how does it compress compared to the 5900? I really wanted the 5900 size, but I really prefer zippered side pockets. I plan on ditching the lid for day hunts. Just hope it isn't too big to manage for day hunting.
I can only afford one or the other. Looking for pros and cons. Mainly used for two tracks and logging roads. I'm tired of tearing my truck up on some of the nasty forest service rds. thanks
Thanks for the link, guys. I've read thru it. I learned we weren't insured thru the AHCA. We had a better deal without it w/ a lower deductible. With her getting booted out of that plan, we will have to sign her up for the AHCA.
This is our family plan. I don't get insurance thru my work. Wife called bluecross , and all they tell her is that she was dropped and "cannot say why". She was told we have to get her an independent policy.
I'm going to call them Monday.
I would also be curious how the SG fit compares to the attack pant.
THe attacks are my all time fav hunting pant. fit perfect. For reference, I'm also a lifter. 6'1, 200 lb w/ 34" waist. The 36 attack fits me perfect w/ a little room in the waist to layer if I have to.
Forgive this topic, I know it has nothing to do w/ hunting. I just trust guys info on here more than anywhere else.
We just found out my oldest daughter (turned 18 last Oct) was kicked off our blue cross family plan. Just got a renewal letter, and she wasn't listed. She is healthy...
i agree. But I would like to see their frame a little more compact. I will always say the Kifaru belt is 2nd to none. But their frame feels bulky to me compared to EXO or stone. And their current bag designs suck compared to EXO. I also agree, Kifaru's bags and frame are...
Totally agree. I personally don't think this price increase is going to change the way people apply. If anything, it may make the special even worse odds. Time will tell, and I think it will fluctuate year to year.
I tried an Obez brand. Didn't work. They raised my heel too much and caused blisters. I'm still looking myself. Just bought some Dr shouls from Walmart to try
