    The best thing to do is wait until the new Regs come out in Feb '25. They will have the new 5 Year BGSS season dates [they will be different than in years past] Read them. Read them again. And again.

    I have a 4th Season buck tag but it’s going to be unused. A bull elk, cow moose, and a whitetail buck is enough for this year. Started the snowmobile the other day and going through ice fishing gear. Hard water is almost here.

    I hunted a wilderness with a resident guide back in 2015. There were more people there than my OTC area in Colorado. Haven’t been back in a Wyo wilderness since. Haven’t needed to.

    Two weeks ago when I was hunting deer in Wyo the residents were everywhere riding their Polaris Rangers. I could hardly get away from them on public land.

    Do you tip your game processor?

    This year Ive processed my elk and deer, took my cow moose to the processor. No I dont tip, but we usually have a beer or two when I pick the meat up at the end of the day.
