    Scope mounting to maintain zero

Is the paint pen applied to the fastener's threads like loctite would be, or is it more of a blob under the head?

Weight Loss For Hunting in 2024

Good job all of you. I still suck. But I did just drag all 290lbs up to the top of Canfield Mountain for the first time. Wow, how humbling and motivating. 1.5hr on 6/1/24. Let's see if I can do it quicker at the end of summer.

    Robby's building a 6UM!

Can I ask, sincerely and with all respect, is there something you were expecting it would do that it doesn't?

    Joseph von Benedikt vs Formidilosus

It originally referred to people who only support ownership of bolt & lever guns and break action shotguns for hunting. You know, guns like Elmer Fudd would use. "You shouldn't have assault weapons, you don't need them for hunting..." Sort the portion of the hunting community that wanted to...

    Tikka Rebate

I finally called today to check my status. It took a little while to get through. Deborah was helpful. She saw that my rebate was marked with serial number error. She verified that I had entered my s/n correctly and had purchased a qualifying product during the rebate window, so there...

    The Shoot2hunt Podcast

I'm not specifically referring to magazines popping out inadvertently, though as you pointed out there are some stupid, poorly designed systems that have that problem. I mean people fumble things and they get lost in powdery snow. I do quite a bit of work via snowmobile most winters (didn't...

    The Shoot2hunt Podcast

Yes. Without magazines we would only have one shot. I prefer my magazines to be integral to the gun with a hinged floorplate at the bottom. Except for the ability to be dropped/lost/forgotten.
