    We have done chickens, quail, rabbits and ducks. We are up scaling, starting over, keeping chickens, switching to a litter of pups a year, do a few runs of quail for friends and the freezer, as well as a small garden. Rabbits are easy and once you get a few folks interested in meat, it works...
