    So setup an older mathews bow 2015??? For whitetail inside of 45 yrds. Question is would the puffy Navajo wool silencers work on this I think it would look pretty cool. Has anyone done this?

    .270 on whitetail - short range

    My father and I have been shooting .270s for over 30 years. I handload 130 grain nosler ballistic yellow tips. We have killed whitetails past 400 yards no problem with this caliber and bullet. Also took a big muley in montana. Same bullet. , if you hit the shoulder there not going anywhere but...
