High end, high cost optics... Why should I buy?

I didn't say no difference. Just not a justifiably huge difference, in my opinion.

High end, high cost optics... Why should I buy?

I have done that, as much as I can (trying friend's expensive optics in the field to compare, and agree doing this in the store is almost useless). It hasn't changed my mind, yet... You mentioned a lot of good sales features, and I have observed those same minor differences. I just don't get how...

High end, high cost optics... Why should I buy?

If your eyes can't tell the difference between color shades (like grass yellow and elk yellow), then how do your binos help that? Won't your eyes still have the same issue, even through the optics? If mid-grade glass changes the colors such that they appear even closer to each other then I guess...

High end, high cost optics... Why should I buy?

I know this topic has been discussed many times, but I'm still not convinced. I have tested many different grades of optics (binoculars, spotting scopes, rifle scopes, rangefinders, etc.). I honestly don't see a big difference between most of them. I fully admit that a $3000 piece of glass is...

Sold Stan SX3 4-finger thumb release - Large

Very good condition and works perfectly. I have loved using it. Only reason I'm selling is I moved up to a Perfex heavy metal. I lost the original trainer lock pin, but made my own replacement and it is included. $150 tyd

For the single bevel and two blade broadhead users.

I don't think his website is set up to ship to USA. But if you email Dan at [email protected] then he will send you a PayPal invoice for the total amount.

    New Arrows

Gold Tip Hunter (9.3 gpi) and Bloodsport Hunter (9.1 gpi) shafts don't cost much, and I've found them easy to build out, durable, and accurate enough. Trim to size by cutting off both ends of shaft and they will be much straighter than the specs, and shoot great. ID is .244" - .246" which is...

    Broadhead choice for this year

Give these Australian single bevel Vandieman's a look (here). I've heard lots of good things, and I just ordered a 3-pack for $39 total (including shipping from down under). I'm not affiliated in any way...

    Right or left helical

Every bare shaft I shoot out of my bow (Hoyt Carbon Spyder Turbo, 60/70 set at 65, 30") seems to want to rotate left. I don't know if it's my string twist or serving direction that determines this. But shaft brand, model, spine, or length doesn't seem to make any difference. All my fletchings...

    Arrows

I like Gold Tip Hunter and Bloodsport Hunter shafts, 300 spine, 9.3 and 9.1 GPI respectively. These are some of the most inexpensive hunting shafts available. But if you build your own arrows and cut to size by trimming off both ends, they come out much straighter than the specs, and they shoot...

    Single bevel broadheads?

For a great deal on a well built single bevel, check out the Vandieman broadheads from Australia (here). I'm not affiliated with them in any way...

    Sharpener for single bevels

Will sharpen just about anything else too... It's more than your $50 budget, but only a little if you watch ebay for a slightly used or open box new unit.

For the single bevel and two blade broadhead users.

Just ordered some 150's to try out. These look great, and I've heard nothing but good about them. Shipping from Australia to USA isn't too bad either. Total for 3-pack plus shipping was $39 USD.
