Tried searching all over and couldn't find a concrete answer, but I'm curious if there are plans for a K4 bag smaller than 3600? I am in between the 5000 or 7200, and having the ability to throw on an 1800-ish size bag like the K3 would be the cats meow for whitetails around home.
Selling a 2021 MR Metcalf in the M size in Optifade. This pack is in like new condition as I've only used this pack for training hikes so far. Only reason for selling is I am going with the Beartooth as I like the organization better than the Metcalf. $375 shipped lower 48, Paypal F&F or...
Montana definitely requires (IMO) you to have a fair amount of flexibility in your fall schedule with the new rules, which is hard for us guys with families who may or may not be in already on draws in other states.
I haven't crunched the numbers in a while but me thinks that at some point MT may get to a point where 3 pts. might not necessarily guarantee you a tag anymore if application numbers keep increasing.
I was bit by the point rule change unfortunately. Currently buying bonus points and in a...
Archery Shack X99. Tremendous value. I put a set on my V3 after my zebras started to get twisty and I think after the third shot I tied in my peep and never had to touch it over 2 seasons of both hunting and indoor 3D league.
After reading through the thread here are a few ideas that I haven't seen confirmed yet.
Nock Pinch (serving in your nock point should clear this up)
Nock tune (twist your arrows 180 and see if you still get the low tear)
Facial/nose pressure on string
String stop not contacting string before...
Hunting southern WY in 2020 I camped in a hub shack and we ran into a CO on the mountain one day. First thing he said (when he saw our plates to confirm) was "Huh, I KNEW you guys were from MN".
Does anyone have a picture of a superlite in a KRG Bravo? Wondering if it would look a little goofy, but as far as I know the superlite and standard lite stainless are the same barrel profile other than the fluting.
This was my main concern. Going to make the schedule a fair bit tighter now this fall. May only be able to stay for 6 days or so but will still be chasing goats on the prairie.
That is....assuming I draw of course.
Except that recoil is one of the biggest factors why people develop poor shooting habits. Give me a T3X in 223 and one in 300 WSM and I can probably tell you which one the vast majority of people will shoot more accurately at common hunting distances.
That said, if one can shoot that large...
Have used both extensively. Had an HDX on my V3 and now have an Epsilon on my Phase 4. Never had one issue with my HDX, but decided to flip flop to a limb driven Epsilon for giggles. The QAD style is nicer IMO for initial set-up when measuring centershot and such. I will say that when...
