I do consider eye relief or maybe eye box is the better term I'm not sure, since they seem related.
The Bushnell claims 3.4" eye relief but my vortex claims 4" which its not even close to that. I had my fiancee crudly measure my eye relief many times and it's less then 3" to just over 3" at...
Got it my bad. I'm about to pull the trigger on the lrhs2, I worry about stock on them but I should wait a couple weeks and get a look at both...
I have a Burris with the circle of death and I love it for quick acquisition on an AR, but it's sfp and illuminated so not a fair comparison.

That image of the lrhs reticle really doesn't do it any favors. From the pics on the website it looks like heavy solid posts, but your image looks like faint and blurry posts.

Ahh good to know. My viper with a 44mm bell is just about touching the barrel but it's probably because I have to have the scope so far back to get a half way decent sight picture at max mag.

Thank you for the pictures and good to hear you haven't experienced any turret or eyepiece movement. Looks like the throw lever would be a no go. Potentially that hump might even interfere with how low the sports match rings I have are, only one way to find out unless someone else has a lh t3x...
Those are some good tests, definitely made me cringe on those drops, but they seemed very realistic to what could happen in the field. Both choices seemed to fair pretty well. I am fairly certain I know the range your at in the video. Knowing that and assuming we likely hunt similar areas, which...
I know it's not apples to apples but last year I shot a deer at 10-12 yards with my vortex scope on about 5 power and didn't have a problem. I find I didnt need less mag then that at least in that scenario. but not sure about these scopes. If they would make the lrhs2 with illumination in 3-12...
Thanks. With your Bushnell do you find the elevation turret ever moves when it's slung or on a backpack? In my mind I wish the turret locked, but it may be a non issue. Same with the eye piece. Does that ever move on you? My current scope the fast focus eye piece moves if not taped in place. And...
I've narrowed down my next scope to either the Bushnell lrhs2 4.5-18 or the nightforce SHV 4-14 f1. I've searched a bunch and got some information but would like your guys opinions. Looking at the$1k price range. I know swfa is highly regarded but I want this scope asap to start practicing with...
Huh right part number for the lr model, but wrong picture and description. The lr model should have exposed turrets

I use a limb saver comfort tech tool grip and like it.
I get the idea of not reaching around the grip to prevent torquing but I find when there is any amount of wind if I use only my palm to hold the bow it is very unstable and the bow sways. What am I doing wrong because everyone experienced...
I'm in a similar situation as you. I've had the diamond for a few years now and upgraded to a black gold sight, hamskea rest, tight spot quiver, and bee stinger 8" stabilizer. The only other thing that I may recommend is new strings. Mine were pretty tired and was limited to kinda cheesy peep...
Well I thought I liked my alpz but after testing out this k3 I am stoked. I did a 2 mile hike with a case of water bottles(45 pack weighing about 50 lbs) with the alpz freighter and then the next day did it with the k3 and it was drastic how much better the belt works on the exo. Zero slipping...
Yeah you are confused. We know we signed up for loans with interest. You seem like your arguing with the people who decided to use the money they would have been paying to student loans to instead invest or pay off other high interest debts. There is nothing wrong being financially savvy. You're...
You know what your right. It's not fair to you that we haven't had to pay interest on our student loans. The banks are entitled to those interest payments. Now about all the PPP loans and stimulus checks. People should pay those back now. And why were at it, same with tax loopholes. Pay up...
