    Just bought the wife a semi custom 28 shoots 143 hammers at 3600 and stupid accurate it also shoots 180 Berger’s really well haven’t cronoed it yet. She has the 26 and 28. You had a great year and a testament to what it’s about working your butt off to kill mature deer.

    Just remember if you carry a 6.5 needmoor and Berger anything animals just die as soon as you get out of the truck no need to attempt to make a good shot. Any other bullet sucks.

    I have the 6.5-300 and 257 bee. Both get shot buddy has all three he only shoots the 6.5-300. White tails Miley, elk and antelope. I’ve been impressed with the 6.5-300. On rokslide you have to remember the only rifle you need is a tikka in 30-06 or a 6.5 man bun for optics you have two choices...

    Question on 26 Nosler brass

    My wife is running nosler brass in hers I’m on the 4th firing and it seems to be ok. I run perterson in the 28 that I have. Had Hornady worst batch of Hornady brass I’ve ever used. Adg would be one to check out as well. Hope this helps.

    Any advice on a family trip to Colorado

    I believe trail ridge road is closed due to fire but not sure as to where at. Those are great places. The elk in rmnp are fired up and sparing from what I hear. Enjoy your trip!
